No.

Do you prepare game meats bagged by your clients?

Sure. I will not cook lion, (or any other cats), or turtles. There will be no price adjustment made even though the client is supplying the meat.

Any threatened species of fish-Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Bluefin Tuna, or Orange Roughy.

No one has ever offered to supply the food, but if they did, I would use it but no price adjustments would be made. Hence, I recommend they let me do the shopping.

Do you have packages for more meals then the maximum 7 entrees, 4 portions of each?

No. I cannot cook more than that in a given day.

Yes.

Do you offer cooking classes or demonstrations?

Yes. The presentation/class must be done in a client's home. The cost is $25 per person, which includes the food and my time.

Do you work with clients with highly specialized diets (diabetics, renal patients, candida sufferers)?

Yes, but I will need to speak with their doctor or dietician before proceeding with a menu proposal.
