Do you purchase organic vegetables/meats
Whenever possible. Otherwise I will buy whatever is of the highest quality.
Do you prepare sushi?
No.
Do you prepare game meats bagged by your clients?
Sure. I will not cook lion, (or any other cats), or turtles. There will be
no price adjustment made even though the client is supplying the meat.
Are there food products you won't serve
Any threatened species of fish-Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Bluefin Tuna, or
Orange Roughy.
Do you utilize client-purchased food?
No one has ever offered to supply the food, but if they did, I would use it
but no price adjustments would be made. Hence, I recommend they let me do
the shopping.
Do you have packages for more meals then the maximum 7 entrees, 4 portions
of each?
No. I cannot cook more than that in a given day.
Do you prepare child-friendly meals that are different than the adult's
meals?
No. I have had no luck in satisfying children with my cuisine, unless they
were eating the adult food.
Do you offer one time services paid for by one person to be presented as a
gift to a client?
Yes.
Do you offer cooking classes or demonstrations?
Yes. The presentation/class must be done in a client's home. The cost is $25
per person, which includes the food and my time.
Do you work with clients with highly specialized diets (diabetics, renal
patients, candida sufferers)?
Yes, but I will need to speak with their doctor or dietician before
proceeding with a menu proposal.
